Wet evergreen forest along with excellent water falls are the special attraction here .The trekking path along the sides of the waterfalls enables one to get a fantastic view of the downward steep waterfalls . The journey through the wilderness , exploring the evergreen sight of the forest with stout trees , elephant trodden paths and crags offers extensive insight of the wonders of nature .

Day 01 : ROSEMALA – PUNALUR |

We arrive at Rosemala at 9 a.m . On the way , hot tea and snacks will be served. Rosemala is a small village surrounded by Chenkurinji forest . Exploring the life style of the people on this village makes trekking both informative and thrilling.In Rosemala , we can see the spices plantations, village hotel and tea shops. After refreshments , trekking starts at 2 p.m through the semi evergreen forest . This beautiful trekking path is created by the Travancore King for horse ride . After two hours trekking we will come to the waterfall Palaruvi It is one of the major water falls in south Kerala |

After bath in waterfalls , we drive out towards hotel at Punalur for dinner and overnight stay . |
