Day 01 – KOCHI |

On arrival at Kochi airport / railway station meet our tour representative who will escort you to the cab. Board the cab and drive to the hotel |

The great flood of the Periyar river in 1341 created a natural harbour in Kochi.The Chinese and the Arabs are believed to be the first traders who visited the port and subsequently the Portugese, Dutch and the British arrived at Kochi .Kochi is popularly called as the ‘’ QUEEN OF THE ARABIAN SEA’’. |

Check in hotel and later , move out for the local tour. Visit the famous St. Francis church [This is india’s first European church built in 1503 by a group of Portugese Franciscan friars]. The Portugese explorer , Vasco da gama was buried here in 1524. Then you can see Dutch cemetery, Fort Kochi beach etc. Later on return back to the hotel for an overnight stay. |

Day 02 –KOCHI – MUNNAR |

Morning after breakfast, drive to see the Jewish Synagogue , Spice market, Chinese fishing nets, Antique shops etc. Board the cab to enjoy the drive along the tea plantations to Munnar. Which was earlier a famous summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers. On reaching Munnar check in hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. |

Day 03 –MUNNAR |

Morning after breakfast, drive out for the local tour of Munnar. Visit the Eravikulam national park, Mattupetty lake, Kundala dam, etc. Then return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 04-SPICE VILLAGE |
|
| |
Morning after breakfast, drive to Thekkady to see the Periyar tiger sanctuary. On the way visit the Spice village, Chellarkovil medu waterfall etc. Later on move towards Thekkady and stay at resort. |

Day 05 –THEKKADY |

| |
Early morning enjoy a boating on Periyar lake to see wild elephants, tigers, sambar deer, jungle cat, sloth bear, bisons, etc and various species of birds like the herons, teals, waterfowls, cuckoos, wild ducks, egrets, etc.After boating the journey starts towards Vagamon heights and Kumarakom. Vagamon hill station having a height of 1100 mts above sea level. The journey from vagamon to kumarakom will be along the side of the mountain which makes the trip beautiful. Later on return back to the resort for an overnight stay |

Day 06 – BACK WATER CRUISE |

Morning after breakfast, board the traditional house boat also called as ‘’Kettuvallom or boat with knots.’’ It was so called because the entire boat was held together with coir knots only not even a single nail is used during the construction. The boat is made of planks of Jack wood joined together with coir. Enjoy the fascinating cruise from Kumarakom to Alleppy and back to Kumarakom which lasts for nearly 22 hours. Spend the night in the house boat. |

Day 07 –ALLEPPY - VARKALA |

Morning after breakfast, check out of the house boat , and move towards Varkala beach. On the way, you can visit the Krishnapuram palace museum. Spend the night in a resort in Varkala. |

Day 08 –VARKALA |
|
| |
Morning after breakfast,visit the Varkala beach. The hotels and restaurants are spread across the two cliffs north and south of the spacious cove that forms the famous Papanasam beach. Near the beach there is a temple of 2000 years old. Later on evening, check out leat in the evening the resort and journey towards Trivandrum via Kappil beach. |

Day 09 TRIVANDRUM |

Morning after breakfast, drive out for loal tour to Padmanabhapuram palace and Napier museum and in the evening a stroll in the Kovalam beach. Evening return back to hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 10 : DEPARTURE |
|
| |
Morning after breakfast, drive to Trivandrum airport or railway station to proceed towards your onward journey. |
