Peppara sanctuary is famous for its diverse variety of forest types and hilly terrain .The sanctuary have wildlife including Tigers, Panther, Wild dog, Lion tailed macaque, Nilgiri langur and Malabar squirrel. |

Pandipath is a great attraction for tourists because of its dotted hillocks, forests, Tea plantations and rare vegetation flourishing here is a joy for ever. While trekking you can see the reed, shola or wet temperate forests, grassy hills and streams. |

Day-01 FOREST REST HOUSE |
|

Morning after breakfast, drive out to Bonacaud tea estate by vehicle. Then trekking starts along with tribal peoples. After four hours trekking through shola forests you can reach the rest house of the forest departments. This was built by the British during their rule and now it is said to be the resting place for the officials of the tea plantation. This building was reconstructed by Kerala forest department. The building is situated on hill top surrounded by creeping grasses.

After an hour you will be served tea and snacks and for dinner chappathi and vegetable curry. |

Day-02 TRIVANDRUM |
|
| |
Early morning you can see the Bisons are moving around your cottage. After breakfast there will be a light trekking around the hill top. It is one of the dangerous place of that area and hence a long distance trekking is not allowed by forest department. After lunch, journey towards Bonacaud. Then drive towards Trivandrum for your onward journey. |
